Auto Loan Payments
i-bank offers several ways to make your auto loan payment, and we process all payments on the same business day they are received.
Grace Period: Payments must be received by i-bank within your grace period to avoid a late fee. Grace periods vary by state, so refer to your contract for specifics.
* We recommend you send your payments five business days before the due date.

24-Hour Phone Banking: (901) 84-ibank or (800) 627-6080. Enter the Borrower Number, Note Number, PIN (last four of signer’s SSN), & DOB.
What is the borrower number?
1. The first part is your borrower number (6-8 digits)
2. On the following coupon, the part in the red box is your borrower number, i.e. 01163662

If a personal check, electronic payment, or money order is sent to pay off the loan, the title will be mailed after seven business days. If you send a cashier’s check or wire transfer, then the title will be mailed out within two business days. The title will be mailed to address listed on the loan account unless otherwise requested in writing.
