To Our i-bank Community:

Our company, like all others in our community and across the nation, is working hard to identify and implement the best practices to deal with the unprecedented situation we are facing with the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Our most critical priority during this time is the safety of our customers, employees, and those in the communities we serve. We are balancing this objective with our commitment to serve everyone who depends on us to care for their personal or business financial resources daily. We take this privilege very seriously and are grateful to be your bankers.

Our lobbies are now open! Please keep in mind the following when entering any i-bank facility:

  • If you have a cough, fever, or other signs/symptoms of COVID-19, we regret that you may not enter the building.
  • Masks/Facial Coverings must be worn at all times.
  • Maintain a minimum six-foot distance between individuals, or entire household units of up to six persons defined as residing at the same address, and other individuals.
  • Sneeze or cough into a cloth or tissue or, if unavailable, into one’s arm.
  • Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary
    physical contact.

Please note you will be required to check in upon entrance to the lobby. Thank you for your patience as we manage through this difficult time.

As for our employees, we have increased our focus on sanitizing high-touch areas and are educating our staff on health and safety best practices. We are following CDC guidance with regard to sick employees and those who have recently returned from any high-risk area, international or domestic.

Independent Bank is committed to helping our customers who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact your banker or call 901-844-0400 or 888-716-9293 to speak with a customer service representative.

We will continually monitor the situation and keep you informed.  In the meantime, for additional information, please visit the CDC website.
